Timber Frame Materials Package
Our base timber frame materials package includes a high-quality, pre-fabricated mortise and tenon frame cut from premium Douglas fir, #1 grade or better, FOHC, naturally air-dried in our yard outside of Denver, Colorado. This package comes with a comprehensive set of engineered timber frame shop drawings that includes bent elevations, sections, elevations, 3D isometric views, dimensions, joint connections, labeled members, and proper instructions for installation. Additionally, included is an experienced, technical onsite supervisor who will work with your GC’s framing crew to assemble the timber frame. You can expect one of our technical supervisors to be on-site for a duration of 1-5 days or longer, depending on the size and scope of the project.
Outer Shell SIP Package
Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) are the natural next step in turning a bare-bones structure into an energy-efficient home. SIPs are wall unit panels that fit into place creating an outer shell – they are pre-cut and pre-drilled for the easy installation of wiring, switches and sockets, windows, and doors. Using SIPs to finish the enclosure of your home is the best way to ensure it is not only beautiful and solid, but also easy to heat and cool. We offer both wall and roof panel packages that are engineered and delivered right to your site.
The full installation package includes the installation labor associated with the timber frame material package and SIP enclosure system. Our framing crew is highly trained and experienced specifically with timber frame construction and travels to different job sites all over the United States and North America. Most timber frame and SIP panel packages can be assembled in a matter of a couple weeks.
